Throughout her life Hilary produced many drawings, coloured illustrations, designs for books and greeting cards as well as lithographs and lino prints
LIFE
From her attendance at art schools in London, through the Second World War when she showed great determination and enterprise in establishing herself as an illustrator and author, through marriage and motherhood and into the her life after her children left home.
